The 【RY19M/RY19L】 is a hybrid flexible product suitable for chemical liquid transfer and hazardous waste piping, combining fluoropolymer tubing and SUS flexible piping. It features SUS flexible piping on the exterior and a straight tube made of Teflon (PTFE) on the interior, achieving flexibility, rigidity, and smoothness. The 【RY19M】 is designed for 100mm eccentricity, while the 【RY19L】 accommodates 200mm eccentricity, with respective spacing set. It is also possible to use specially designed fire law certified products for the exterior SUS flexible piping. 【Features】 ■ Hybrid of Teflon (PTFE) tube + SUS flexible piping ■ The contact liquid is Teflon (PTFE), significantly reducing the leaching of impurities ■ Balances flexibility and rigidity ■ Flare processing that brings together high technical capabilities ■ Capable of accommodating large diameter products 【Main Usage Locations】 ■ Long-distance piping, connection piping, culverts, building intake piping, etc. 【Points】 ■ Cleanliness The contact material is entirely PTFE (Teflon, fluoropolymer), minimizing the leaching of impurities to the utmost limit. ■ Rigidity By using SUS flexible piping on the exterior, it achieves a balance of flexibility and rigidity.
